EUROPEAN UNION EN 50110 STANDARDS FOR OPERATION OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SFS 6002:2025 SAFETY AT ELECTRICAL WORK ONLINE TRAINING
The course is targeted at electricity professional who work in medium and high-voltage substations, transformer substations and on electricity transmission networks.
The course contents are based on the European Union EN 50110 standards for operation of electrical installations and EN-SFS 6002:2025 Safety at electrical work.
The training is valid in all CENELEC countries*. (look full list below) In other countries, the local occupational safety legislation and the national supplementary requirements for electrical safety of the country in question must be obeyed.
The training obligation concerns all persons involved in electrical in medium and high-voltage substations, transformer substations and on electricity transmission networks:
- installers, services and supervisors as well as
- all electricity professionals working in work supervision
- operation
- planning
- training and other expert duties.
CERTIFICATION
At the end of the course you will receive the Safety at electrical work – Grid and electricity networks – card in the mail and download free pdf-online certification.

The course contents are based on the European Union EN 50110 standards for operation of electrical installations and SFS 6002:2025 Safety at electrical work which fullfils the requirements of the Finnish Electricity Safety Act 1135/2016 concerning training in electrical work safety.
The course also serves as the general part of the training obligation prescribed by Section 14 of the Finnish Occupational Safety and Health Act (738/2002) to provide the persons performing work in substations and on networks with instruction and guidance.
